Safety & Liability Disclaimer
Thank you for purchasing our products. To ensure your safety and clarify the rights and obligations of both parties, please read the following terms carefully before installation or use:
1. Kitchen Knives Safety Statement
The knives sold by this store are designed exclusively for food preparation and normal kitchen use.
Age Restriction: You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal adult age in your jurisdiction) to purchase or use this product. Please keep knives out of reach of children at all times.
Improper Use: It is strictly prohibited to use this product for non-kitchen purposes (such as prying, as a screwdriver, for outdoor survival, or any aggressive behavior). This store is not responsible for any personal injury or property damage caused by misuse, abuse, or improper operation.
Maintenance Obligation: The user is responsible for keeping the blade sharp and clean. Since knives are consumable items, damage caused by normal wear and tear, corrosion from acidic foods, or improper cleaning (e.g., dishwasher use) is not covered under the quality warranty.
2. Cookware Safety Statement
Heat Source Compatibility: Please ensure your cooking appliance (induction, gas, electric ceramic stove, etc.) is compatible with the specifications indicated in the product manual.
Dry Burn Warning: Do not heat an empty pot or pan. This store shall not be liable for coating peeling, base deformation, fire hazards, or any associated personal injuries resulting from dry burning.
Maintenance Standards: Please use wooden or silicone utensils and avoid abrasive scrubbers like steel wool. Physical damage caused by failure to follow maintenance advice is the sole responsibility of the user.
3. Lighting & Electrical Safety
Professional Installation Recommended: For all lighting fixtures involving wiring or ceiling mounting, we strongly recommend installation by a certified professional electrician.
Power Compatibility: Before installation, ensure your home voltage matches the rated voltage of the fixture. Always turn off the power supply before beginning installation.
Scope of Liability: This store is only responsible for the inherent quality of the product. We do not assume liability for short circuits, tripped breakers, bulb explosions, fires, or accidents during installation (such as falls or dropping the fixture) caused by improper self-installation or handling.
4. General Limitation of Liability
Natural Wear and Tear: Normal scratches, discoloration (e.g., darkening of the pot base over time, or natural end-of-life for bulbs) are not considered product defects.
Indirect Damages: To the maximum extent permitted by law, this store shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, business interruption, or personal injury arising from the use of our products.
